WHOO GOT MY COMMISSION FROM LAST MONTH DONE!!!
It took way longer then usually does since… My office was (and still is) taken over by a fluffy orange and white cat that we’re trying to rehome. But, seriously, thank you to everyone who threw money at me last month to help out with the sudden vet bill. We were able to get a few weeks worth of groceries from that!One of the people that commissioned me was one of my players! Again!! And I got to draw not only one of his PC’s, but two of them! Heart Song was originally with the party as their alchemist, and then left when she got sick of fighting nightmares… And then adopted her own flaming monstrosity and started to experiment with necromancy.
Tair’so, the zebra rogue, was sent to talk her into joining the agency that the party had been invited into, and the talk…. Didn’t go very well at first!
It was really fun getting the opportunity to draw more of the characters I’ve been running around for almost 2 years now. <3 I’d draw the whole party if I finally had the time!Want a commission? Here’s my info!
This commission was ultra fun because this is actually one of my own players’ characters from my homebrew game!
I’ve always wanted to do more artwork for my players then just illustrations of what the monsters they’re fighting look like, but it can be difficult to find the time and motivation.
So, when one of my players commissioned me to draw their unicorn wizard Fairy Lily, I was super excited!!
Fairy Lily is the researcher of the group, think Daniel from the Stargate series, and a fairly powerful magic user when she gets into battle. I decided to illustrate an event that happened to her before she met the group, which was her exploring a temple dedicated to Nightmare Moon that she managed to track down. Unfortunately, this particular adventure wasn’t very fun as the temple was full of traps and other mechanisms, and she wound up losing an ear trying to scramble out of a spear trap. But she did find a really cool, and rare sapphire that got her into contact with Princess Celestia of all people though, and now she has this crazy job alongside some other, equally as crazy people to protect Equestria from the things that go bump in the night.
All’s well that ends well, right?
And the second of the two surprise presents!
This one was pretty unique since I had to completely change Sunset Shimmer’s species to a changeling and I’ve never done a species swap with any canon characters whatsoever. But I think I did an okay job in the end!
Thanks to some crazy ass magic, Sunset Shimmer has been turned into a changeling queen, and needs to learn the ropes. Through a combined effort of Princess Celestia and Queen Chrysalis, she’s making it through alright. This is also with an effort to save the failing changeling hive due to a lot of things happening all at once, so Celestia and Chrysalis are having to really try and work together as best as they can despite there being some communication issues. Sunset just wants her two mentors to get along, but… Well, we’ll just have to see!

Request #4: Luna eating a burrito
She might just be eating the entire burrito, package and all.
When I got this one, all I could think of was how in “A Royal Problem” she seems capable of eating anything, including stuff that’s supposed to be inedible when she’s super exhausted. (I mean, come on, she takes a bite out of a pineapple and then eats a banana peel after peeling the banana.)

I’m not sure what else needs to be said about this! It’s Celestia having herself some very delicious churros! Funny enough, I’ve never had a churro myself so I had to look up what they looked like. >>;

I FORGOT NIGHTMARE MOON!!!
I’ve always really wanted to draw Nightmare Moon with extra bright colors, and while this isn’t as crazy as I’d like, it’s definitely getting closer to what I keep hoping for.
Maybe I’ll do Daybreaker next since I haven’t drawn her before, and we finally got a Nightmare!Celestia like a lot of people were wanting for a while.Like my art? A donation would be great!!

Eyyyy it’s the old goat noodle!
I really should have known better then to put him as an option in the poll I ran over on twitter, but I’ve been meaning to get out my usual horsey comfort zone.
I think every MLP artist is kind of terrified someone will one day ask them to draw Discord and then when we can’t deliver, the whole fanbase will decry them as talentless sham that can only draw a few characters really well.
…No? Just me? Okay.
But despite this being the first time I’ve ever drawn Discord, I think I did pretty well! I gave him his cotton candy clouds back too, because I just adored that little detail way back when S2 premiered.Like my art? Consider donating!

And here are all the princess’ quick paintings! You can definitely tell which one’s the first and which one’s are the most recent. These daily doodles (when I have something to share, that is) have been really nice and helping me stretch my artsy legs outside of things I feel are supposed to look really nice.

I’ve been wanting to draw Daybreaker ever since she premiered but never really had the time! And since her design is a little more complicated then Nightmare Moon’s, I decided to take it easy and do a screen redraw of my favorite scene. Although I think a lot of people liked how sassy she was.
Honestly, this was probably my favorite episode of the whole season. I’ve been DYING for a Celestia and Luna centric episode, and not only did it happen, IT WAS GREAT!Like my art? Please donate!
