FQC Is Now 4 Years Old!
On this day, four years ago, I posted the first update!
A lot has changed, mostly the art style, but I’m still so glad I decided to make this blog. It’s helped me grow my art into something that I didn’t think it could ever become, and rekindled my desire to create comics.
Thank you to all the followers (all 6k+ of you!!! WOW!!), commissioners, patrons, and wonderful friends who encouraged me while I was sick to try to keep going and have stuck with this blog through thick and thin.
I may not say it that often, or communicate that much with the people who follow this blog, but I promise that I see you and truly appreciate the support this place gets.

Filly Queen Chrysalis is now 2 years old!! Wow!!
Technically, it turned 2 on the 23rd, but the first comic wasn’t posted until April 30th! Thank you so much to everyone for helping the comic stay alive, and continuing to inspire me to draw and write! With almost 4k followers, it’s hard not to want to do my best for you all, and keep experimenting with how I present the story of Chrysalis growing up. Granted, I thought for sure the story would be done by now, but, eh, life happens. Maybe we’ll be done by next year!

Oh no! Ryu-Mod forgot Filly Chrysalis’ birthday! How can she ever make it up to her?!
In all honesty, I actually DID forget the blog’s one year anniversary! It was the same day my senior thesis was due, so can you blame me? But, seriously, this is pretty darn cool!! FQC’s been around for a whole year, how awesome is that?! I’m going to do some ‘real’ art to celebrate, but I thought this quick comic would be a cute way to start it off. The submit box is open for any presents you might have!
