About one year ago, I drew a little comic about a tiny queen who wanted to be a princess. Over the course of this year, I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to create a fantastic story that I’m excited to tell, and have met lots of new people and friends who are just as excited about it as I am. It has been a FANTASTIC experience running this blog so far, and I can honestly say that I don’t think I’d be doing what I am right now if it hadn’t taken off. Thank you so much to everyone who has been here since the beginning, and to those of you who are just joining the story. Here’s to another year Of great comics and stories!

In all honesty, I actually DID forget the blog’s one year anniversary! It was the same day my senior thesis was due, so can you blame me? But, seriously, this is pretty darn cool!! FQC’s been around for a whole year, how awesome is that?! I’m going to do some ‘real’ art to celebrate, but I thought this quick comic would be a cute way to start it off. The submit box is open for any presents you might have!

(HERE YOU GUYS GO!! I really am so sorry that updates have been so slow! I thought that I’d be able to get much work done over break, but I’ve barely been able to get anything done at all!! The semester starts up for me again next week though, so expect the blog to go back into hibernation again. I’ll see if I can update a ton though before next Tuesday.)
